Reservations must be amended/cancelled 96 hours prior to the planned date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 96 hours of the arrival date will incur cancellation charges. In case of no-show cancellation charges equivalent to the full amount paid for the accommodation will be levied. In addition, should accommodation not be taken up as reserved there would be no refunds for any unused accommodation.
